Play Monday, Walk Tuesday.

Played two full sets of tennis without it slipping once. Six months ago I couldn't finish a match. Now I'm back on court three times a week and my knee doesn't even cross my mind.

My PT told me to try a patellar strap. Skeptical at first but after a week at the gym I'm a total convert. Leg press, squats, lunges, you name it. No aching afterwards. Wish I'd found it years ago.

My knee had me watching from the sideline for months. Fits right under my soccer socks and doesn't shift through a full 90 minutes. Back to training three times a week. Feels like me again.
