Played two full sets of tennis without it slipping once. Six months ago I couldn't finish a match. Now I'm back on court three times a week and my knee doesn't even cross my mind.

My PT told me to try a patellar strap. Skeptical at first but after a week at the gym I'm a total convert. Leg press, squats, lunges, you name it. No aching afterwards. Wish I'd found it years ago.

My knee had me watching from the sideline for months. Fits right under my soccer socks and doesn't shift through a full 90 minutes. Back to training three times a week. Feels like me again.

I'd given up on my garden. Kneeling, bending, digging, it all hurt too much. Wore this strap and spent three hours out there the day it arrived. My daughter couldn't believe I was back at it.

Did a 9-mile coastal hike last weekend with one on each knee. Felt absolutely nothing. I used to have to turn back at mile three. Now I just keep going. My walking group has all ordered a pair.

Thought it would look ridiculous under gym leggings. Can't even see it. More importantly, I'm back to leg press and lunges without that sharp sting on the way down. Absolute steal for what it does.

Frequently asked questions

How is this different from a knee brace?

This is a narrow, adjustable strap designed to sit below the kneecap. It leaves most of the knee uncovered. A strap and a brace have different designs; suitability depends on your needs and professional advice.

Is this strap suitable for me?

Fit and experience vary. We cannot promise relief from pain or that the strap will treat an injury. If you have knee pain, an injury or a medical condition, ask a qualified healthcare professional whether a patellar strap is appropriate.

Why is the strap compact?

The band is designed to sit below the kneecap with a contoured pad at the front. Its compact shape leaves most of the knee uncovered.

Will it fit my knee?

The fastening is adjustable, but we cannot guarantee that one strap fits every leg. If you need sizing information, contact us before ordering.

Will it stay in place during exercise?

The adjustable fastening helps you achieve a snug fit. Movement, sweat and individual fit can affect positioning. Check and readjust the strap as needed.

Can I wear it all day?

Wear duration and comfort vary. Follow the product instructions and any advice from your healthcare professional. Remove or loosen the strap if you notice discomfort, numbness or skin irritation.

How do I know I'm wearing it correctly?

Position the pad below the kneecap and adjust the band until it feels snug and comfortable, without restricting circulation. Follow the supplied product instructions. Contact us if you need help with fitting.

How do returns work?

You can request a return within 60 days of delivery, subject to the published policy. Items must be unused, unworn and in their original packaging, with proof of purchase. Sale items and gift cards are excluded under that policy. Request approval before sending anything back. Read the full returns policy.

I have been wearing my brace for several weeks and I am very pleased…it does everything as advertised…..the “grating and grinding” has all but disappeared…pain is virtually gone…thank you for your product….😊👍

Ive had mine less than 24 hours. My knees feel better than they have for years. Gave a pair to my 84 y/o dad this afternoon and within 10 minutes, he said, "these are amazing. I'll go for a walk this afternoon to test them out." Just don't place them so your knee cap fits into the notch. Place them 2 fingers below that.

Absolutely a huge improvement in knee pain! Amazing!!!

I have had knee pains dating back to my late teen years from sports, then the military and my hobbies. I had surgery on both knees within the last year to repair all the damage i have had (discoid meniscus, meniscus tears, ACL, MCL) during the procedure my surgeon discovered i have grade 3-4 arthritis; im only 36. Next option up is partial knee replacement. Cortisone stopped working and PT only did so much. We’ve been trying everything to prolong the inevitable. These have actually changed my life. I’m bike to downhill MTB and dirt biking with no pain. I can play with my kids for hours again. If you’re doubtful, i was too, and I’ve had every brace, strap, sleeve under the sun on my body at one point. Stryde hits different. It’s worth a go. 🤘

I was very doubtful about this product. I have seen so many items for sale, but from the first time I tried it I was sold. Like night and day. I can walk again. Thank you.

I never thought it would work! After purchasing ten different knee braces and straps, I ordered the Stryde knee straps and my goodness, what a difference these things have been. I've been able to walk my 1.5 miles daily without any medication and extreme pain. They're not cheaply made, nor are they flimsy. They lock right under the knee cap. I highly recommend these straps.
